Limited Warranty:
Pro-Motion Medical, Inc warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship as specified by manufacturer for a period of 60 days. Each product is intended for use by a single person. These warranties apply to products that have not been modified or subjected to misuse, abuse or neglect.

Return/Exchanges:

Please either call (888) 797-7272 during business hours (9-5 Mon-Fri PST), or email us at CustomerService@promomedinc.com and include your name, address, phone number and 2Checkout.com order number and ask for your Return Authorization Number.

Some products may have been sent direct from the manufacturer (drop-shipped); however, unless otherwise directed by Pro-Motion Medical Inc. the correct address to send ANY/ALL items purchased from promomedinc.com is:

0-30 days of original order
Full credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of products unused and still in original packaging. Items which have been used, modified, or are otherwise in an un-sellable condition may be conditionally credited on a pro-rated basis to be defined by and at the sole discretion of Pro-Motion Medical, Inc.

31-90 days of original order
85% credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of products unused and still in original packaging. Items which have been used, modified, or are otherwise in an un-sellable condition may be conditionally credited on a pro-rated basis to be defined by and at the sole discretion of Pro-Motion Medical, Inc.
